Delete your account

How

In the whstl app, choose Delete account next to Sign out. We email a code to the address you sign in with; enter it and your account is deleted straight away.

If you can’t use the app, email hello@whstl.app from the address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

If you’re the only owner of a club, the app asks you to invite someone to take over as owner first.

What we delete

• Your account: your name, email address and sign-in history.
• Your notification settings and every device registered for notifications.
• Your link to your club and to the players you manage.

What your club keeps

A club’s squad list, with its replies and attendance, is the club’s record. Your club admin can remove you from it, or we will on request. A club admin can also ask us to delete the club and everything in it.

Invitations you sent to join a club still work until they expire.
