Terms
The ground rules for using whstl. By using the app or this website, you agree to them.
Last updated 12 October 2026
Using whstl
whstl helps clubs run training: schedules, replies, plans, attendance and squads. You can use it as a player, a parent or guardian, a coach or a club admin, through the app on iPhone, Android or the web.
Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that email account secure.
- Give your real name and keep your details current.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Clubs
- A club’s admins decide who joins its squad and what it records, and are responsible for having the right to record it, including consent for junior players.
- Clubs own their records. We look after them on the club’s behalf, as our privacy policy describes.
Fair use
Don’t misuse whstl. In particular, don’t:
- access accounts, clubs or data that aren’t yours;
- send spam or abuse through reminders, nudges or sign-up links;
- disrupt, overload or probe the service, or copy it.
A product in beta
whstl is in beta. Features will change, and some may be removed or not work as expected. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Ending
You can stop using whstl at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account or club that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to resupplying the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and tell you in the app or by email before a significant change takes effect.
